Welcome to Asheville! My name's Jamie Carlstedt, and I'm your host at LivBiltmore.

I make sure you're taken care of before, during, and after your stay at one of my homes. I'm very thankful for your business, and I work hard to ensure you have a wonderful experience in my premium Asheville homes.

I'm not originally from North Carolina — I'm a Michigander from just North of Detroit. I had a few too many frozen Winters, and my wife and I decided to park ourselves in these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! We live close by, just West of Asheville, and we both actively work in Asheville, too. We have a rescued dog named Bryson (a stray from Bryson City) and a (now) chunky rescued cat named Tofu. You'll notice that all of our homes are pet-friendly, which is quite rare for premium homes — we love our pets, and we love allowing others to travel with their best friends!

I've carefully thought through the design, supplies, and care for these homes so that your stay is as comfortable and conventient as possible. Here's who I've hosted:
