I was lucky enough to stay here for 2 months for a rotation at Mission Hospital. Jamie’s place is beautiful with a pretty view of the mountains. It’s centrally located to everything nearby and walkable to the biltmore village area (which is currently shut down unfortunately from the hurricane but still a nice walk with my dog). The house had everything I could possibly need for my stay. I would definitely come back!

Jamie is an incredible host! He's very responsive and will take care of you. During the time of our stay we were helping with cleanup from the storm that devastated a large portion of Asheville so many of the local businesses suffered tragic losses but I'm confident Asheville will continue to rebuild and come back stronger than ever! Great House Great Host. My wife, I & our two cats stayed for a month. Jamie is a great host; quickly responded to questions/concerns; ready to help with any questions about the house/area; allowed us our space & privacy. The house is in an excellent location. It is in a quiet residential area, but 5 min to the Biltmore Estate/Village; less than 10 min to downtown & major retailers; easy access to Parkway and major roads. The house is PET FRIENDLY. Lots of places say “pet friendly”, but they really mean “we are only friendly to dogs”. This place welcomes cats. The house is very well stocked. Living space and deck, is on one level (only laundry is in the basement). This was very convenient for us. While the house is in a residential area, you can see the mountains/sunsets from the deck. The house is a great value given the price, features and proximity to so much of Asheville. One note is parking is beside road in front of house-little tight for SUV; wider parking would have been nice.

109 Remi Lane was exactly what I needed. My golden retriever and I felt immediately welcomed into Jamie’s home. He even gave me recommendations of dog friendly locations to stop with my dog on way to Asheville. The home itself was new - so everything was clean and well appointed. They thought of everything when stocking utensils and home goods. Jamie was always quick to respond to my inquires. I felt safe and comfortable in my surroundings. There was a small lawn and patio that was great for my dog and I. We walked the neighborhood and down to Biltmore Village every day. The home is in an excellent location in relationship to downtown, shopping, restaurants and hiking adventures. Everything I needed (except for some trails) were all around in a five mile radius. I could drive myself or Uber. I went to Asheville for an adventure & to decide if it could be a future home for me - and I would say 100 percent yes. Jamie’s home was the perfect place to call my home. Safe & cozy
